All attendees must possess a valid ticket to gain entry to the event. Each ticket guarantees access to the designated sections as per the ticket type purchased.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available except in the case of event cancellation. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically.
Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased. However, they are transferable; ticket holders may pass their tickets along to others if they are unable to attend. Simply forward the ticket with the unique QR code to the new attendee.
There is no deadline for transferring tickets. Tickets can be transferred to another attendee at any point before the event starts. The new ticket holder just needs to present the ticket with the QR code at entry.
This event is suitable for all ages but recommended for teens and older. Discounted youth/student tickets are available for $20 in the Balcony General section. Attendees purchasing Youth/Student ticket holders must present a valid student ID or proof of age (for ages 16-20) at check-in. Attendees may take advantage of this discounted ticket if they are under 21 years of age or if they are a student at a formal institution- they need not be both.
The following items are prohibited at the event: food and beverages from outside, weapons of any kind, and cameras. Recording the event is not allowed; however, still photographs with cell phones are permitted. Attendees found in violation of these policies may be subject to removal.
