Refund Policy

Please note that our festival operates on a 'No Refund' policy for ticket purchases. The only exception is if the event itself is canceled. In such an eventuality, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders. This policy helps us ensure the viability and success of the festival while maintaining fair practices for all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this event memorable for everyone.

Refund insurance is available for purchase at checkout and will provide a refund for your ticket purchase in certain cases if purchased. Friends of John Coltrane does not receive any of the cost of purchased refund insurance.
