Premium General Admission offers access to a special seating area near the stage. Feel free to bring your own chairs for a comfortable and enhanced view of all the performances. As a Premium General Admission ticketholder, you'll also have full access to the festival grounds, complete with a variety of shopping and food options to enhance your festival experience.

Accessibility Section: Saturday

The Accessibility Section, part of the Premium General Admission area, caters to festival attendees with mobility, hearing, or visual needs. This area is designed for ease of access with a flat, paved surface covered in outdoor carpeting. Volunteers are available to assist and ensure a comfortable experience. Additionally, guests requiring support can purchase tickets for their companions in this section, allowing everyone to enjoy the festival together in an inclusive and accessible environment.

Please note that wheelchair accessible seating is also available in the VIP & Super VIP sections.

General Admission: Saturday

Refund Policy

Please note that our festival operates on a 'No Refund' policy for ticket purchases. The only exception is if the event itself is canceled. In such an eventuality, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders. This policy helps us ensure the viability and success of the festival while maintaining fair practices for all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this event memorable for everyone.

Refund insurance is available for purchase at checkout and will provide a refund for your ticket purchase in certain cases if purchased. Friends of John Coltrane does not receive any of the cost of purchased refund insurance.
